I was reluctant to change my old toaster as it has always toasted really well & it still worked but it never wanted to pop the toast up properly, with items getting stuck, so I took a chance & bought this model. I usually go for a make that I’m familiar with but the reviews seemed so good that I gave it a go.The toaster is lighter in weight than my old Tefal but it doesn’t appear to have lost any quality. It’s still early days so I’ve only used it for toasting bread so far but it toasts perfectly and pops out/raises up to the top for easy extraction. The variable controls are ideal & it’s easy to find the right setting. Overall I’m really happy that I changed & just wish that I’d done it sooner.

I'm happy with this toaster overall - it's good to look at and fits in with my other silver and black kitchen accessories. However, it doesn't seem very powerful, which means it takes a long time to toast anything. My previous cheap toaster was far quicker! However, I upgraded as I need four slots rather than two for when we have visitors. The crumb trays are at the back, so it needs to be unplugged and turned round in order to empty it as the cord isn't very long. Nonetheless, it does the job (albeit at its own gentle pace!) and looks good while doing it.

I love this toaster, it's simple to use without a million buttons and makes really good toast. Also looks really nice and is sturdy.

The toaster is in my opinion, good value for money. The heat settings are fine and the controls are easy to use. It will not take a slice of very large bread, so I cut that in half. The crumb tray is at the back of the toaster, which is not a problem for me and I empty after use. You have to cancel the programme is you want to check if the toast is done. The outer case is easy to clean and fingerprints wipe off easily.I have had more expensive toasters which are no better.

Not very good quality feels very light and tinny, but works ok toasting bread, not sure how long it will last.

Great looking toaster, but it had one fault which I discovered on the preparatory heat-up: the whole metal casing got so hot that I couldn’t touch it. Once in use you have to be really careful not to butn yourself. Shame, as it’s a nice looking thing.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews that this toaster wouldn't take a full slice. I can only think that the customer must have been putting the bread in the wrong way around?! I use Tesco Toastie normal size slice and it goes in fine on its side - No need to turn at all. Very please with the machine it's great!

Sadly I had to return as most of the elements did not work, I had high hopes for this but very let down. Save your money and buy a better brand, it will work out cheaper in the long runEnded up ordering a Ninja Combined Toaster and grill….best thing ever!
