Works Good!
I have to wear chevrons at work, and the pins get lost or broken over time. These replacements fit well and have held up well, and losing one with a hundred more on hand is not an issue.

Good inexpensive replacements for missing pin backs
So, WHY do these backs always go missing?!? Is it a sub-law of physics that pin backs must detach & get lost? These are decent replacements for those feral backs. These do not seem to have the escape training yet, so they hold better than those that are running loose on your floor. Do keep them away from the original ones so they do not learn bad habits.
