Using just 4 ingredients (soy, honey, sesame oil and cornflour) I can make a basic sauce that makes everything taste great.Something else I really like about this book is that the focus is on the recipes, not the food stylist's photos or the chef's childhood.Everything I've made so far has turned out beautifully, so I'm going to work through it recipe by recipe.

Bought as a Christmas present for someone who loves Chinese food. There is nothing better than doing it yourself and cooking your favourites the way they should be.Looking forward to being invited to dinner and them cooking. Nom nom.
