Excellent product

The product is dangerous. I'm an athletic guy, martial artist, work around construction, etc. and am used to handling all sorts of things. This had razor-sharp edges and is unwieldy - it's definitely NOT safe for people to handle. I got a serious cut on my hand just taking this out of the box. it didn't require stitches, but nearly did. How on EARTH this passed quality control is beyond me.

It good, I couldn’t believe it when it said that if you use it once it’s not good anymore. I was like how do we know if it works so we used it I got tangled I can’t get it back together again in a way that it would be easy to throw back out a window and it got Bent and it’s extremely sharp. The worst part is it’s nowhere close to safe for kids to climb down it’s too shaky to rickety too flimsy if there was a fire I’d rather have somebody send her an extension ladder up. So because I opened it and used it I can’t return it and I’m out $65

We bought this for my teen son on the 3rd floor. He opened it to check it out and be prepared just in case... and the thing was a nightmare. As soon as he took it out of the package it became a tangled mess. In an emergency he would have panicked. It was not stable enough to get down even in an emergency. It is obviously not meant for multiple uses... but seriously. It made me cringe when i saw the mess.Sorry. This is not something I can recommend. And i am so glad he tried it before he needed it.
