Review: Great quality - I had been looking for dishes with certain elements for my new house. I love the rounded square shape and the earthtone colors. When they arrived, I was even more pleased with the sizes of everything. The cups are large and comfortable to use, the bowls are deep, and the plates are large with a slight concave shape to keep juices and sauces in. They are heavy, and even though I've bumped them on the counter and sink, they haven't chipped or broke. They aren't lightweight, which is asked for in the rating for stars, but they aren't intended to be. They are sturdy and substantial. I spent a year looking at dishes and didn't find anything close in stores. I'm very happy with my purchase.

**Q: Does anyone have any issues with the glazing, especially on the edges, becoming oxyidized after going through dishwasher?**
A: I bought my set in 2018 and right away the edges became oxyidized even without going thru the dishwasher.  My husband is not pleased with this set at all.  Looking at getting different set

**Q: Do these get hot in the microwave? Like too hot to touch for a minute?**
A: These can get quite hot, particularly when moisture is involved, and I wouldn't put it in the microwave for long periods of time if possible.
The first time I used this plate for a microwaved potato, it exploded after a few minutes. The steam from the potato moistened the center of the plate, which became extremely hot faster than the rest of the ceramics.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the large plates?**
A: Side to side is 10.5 inches, corner to corner is 14.35 inches

**Q: Does this have serving pieces you can purchase to go with it?**
A: Hello,I am not aware of any serving pieces that this set offers.

I love them! Arrived quickly and safely. I was hoping no broken pieces and it was packaged so well it would probably have to be dropped. I was very impressed. I absolutely love the pattern and colors on the dishes. Matches my color scheme nicely. There were very few imperfections. They are heavy and well made. Just a beautiful set of nice dishes.
