Poor packing, items leaked during shipping
The product itself was fine, but the seller should have mailed the two plastic bottles in a box for proper protection. Instead, they were mailed in a padded envelope which did not prevent them from leaking during transit, presumably due to external pressure on the bottles.

Love it. Does exactly what it says and fast. If you have gum irritation it will soothe it. I had this happen after I had a tooth pulled and it was very annoying. It works so well that I actually just purchased a 2-pack now that the first bottle has been used up.

Functionally Better Than A Mouthwash
Before brushing your teeth, take a sip and keep it in your mouth for about 5 minutes and spit it out. Good for gums.
