I use this for my iPad Pro 12.9 which has the new HDR display. I watch all of my media on this as the general brightness and the HDR clarity are outstanding. This stand allows me to carry my iPad from room to room. I can be watching a movie in the living room, take it outside to sit in the sun, and into the kitchen when making a coffee. It's the best iPad stand ever as it's so heavy in the base, easy to make adjustments, and it is strong.
