Aare these a thick durable plastic or thin and flimsy?

These are durable plastic. If you press the side with your finger, there is no indentation or give. I've stacked my sugar on top of the flour and there's no bulging of the sides on the one on bottom.

Can you freeze food in these containers?

My only gripe with these is that yes they can be froze but they become very brittle and break easily in the freezer. Otherwise I love these.

What are the heights of each of the sizes please? I need to know if they will fit on my shelves.
