I recommend you Google the material Crocs are made out of that will help understand the shoe it's self. But these are absolutely perfect. They are my house shoes/shower shoes/yard shoes. And they work perfectly for all things. I plan to get more for guest to wear when at my house. I also bought my father who has difficultty walking a pair. And it's truly made a difference in his walking. I got the slate grey camo. And Im a 26 year old man. I think I'll stick with the classic Crocs over the other model for gifts tho. I think the straps on the other would be less comfortable for the house shoe purpose I want them to be used for. I do want a off road pair to store in each vehicle tho. But besides that classic will be only ones I'ma buy due to the streamline of the strap.

I use clogs for crossing streams, jumping in a lake, and around the camp site when backpacking. They are super light, dry off almost immediately, and comfortable to slip on around camp. One can use sandals, but crocs are cheaper and lighter in weight and lighter on the budget. My only complaint is that they tend to run a bit large. I will buy a size 10 next time for my sized 10-1/2 feet.
