Better suited to covers with short skirts.
The pros:1) Decent plastic (at leat initially). Will see how it holds up from sun exposure.2) I like how the mounting screws are close to each other horizontally, in case your vertical mount supports behind your spa siding are narrow. They are spaced about 7/8" apart.3) There are 2 sets of screws biased at the top of each bracket (1 set at bottom). That's a good idea since there is tension at the top when in use, causing a force that wants to pull out the screws. Conversely, there is compression at the bottom pair. The cons:1) Typical poor grade Chinese hardware supplied. Lots of screw head damage from installing with a 1/4" battery powered bit driver. I pre-drilled holes first too.2) I have a fairly common 4" skirt and it is a pain to use with this system. I need to go to each side of the spa (the long way around in my case) and lift up each corner of the cover and set it on the rollers first (to keep skirt flap from catching). In other words, it's not possible to simply push the cover onto the roller arm brackets/shelf.Only then can I get in the spa and push the lid onto the shelf. Returning the cover to the top of the spa means fighting to tuck the skirt back down between the roller arms and vertical wall of spa.3) The wheels are narrow. I can only imagine they will decrease the life of the vapor barrier on bottom side of the cover from the pressure exerted at each wheel.I would say this is a good system if:1) Your cover is new-ish and light weight. The instructions say it's good to 75lbs. I don't have data to question that, but it seems like a stretch. To be fair, it would seem that a 75lb cover is water-logged and ready to be replaced anyway.2) You have a good quality vapor barrier that won't get compromised easily.3) You don't have a long skirt (or you don't mind messing with it each time). If this were American made with a better design I'd pay 3x the price. Just didn't find one.

Works well, instructions could be better, installation depends on your specific situation
In installed this product a few weeks ago and it is working well. You can see from my photo that I built a wood frame for mounting. This is because the walls of my hot tub are plastic and could never support the load from the brackets with the cover on it. Feedback for the company is that the instructions could be a bit better, specifically the diagrams show the brackets as having a 90 degree angle (measured between the mounting plate and the roller bar). All three of mine were exactly the same at about 105 degrees. This meant that when installed to the vertical surface of the hot tub (or wood in my case), the roller bars point above horizontal. Is this by design? It makes it harder to slide the hot tub cover because it's actually being lifted and not just moved sideways. After thinking and holding the parts in various positions, I decided to put them so that the first roller is even with the top of the hot tub. It's not too hard to slide the cover onto the rollers, and they seem to work well.

Missing hardware but they appear pretty stout and heavy duty for being plastic.
I will be installing the 3 roller arms today, however, no hardware was included and the packaging appeared to have been thrown around and opened. The 3 arms were not damaged but since I'm missing the hardware I will have to purchase that separately from a big-box store. Kind of irritating. I discovered that after removing the side panel off my hot tub I have decided to install 2 - 1 x 4's on the outside of the spa's plastic panel (skirting) to mount the arms to, because there's nothing but the plastic panel to secure the arms to. With the weight of the cover on these arms I'm afraid overtime the spa's plastic panel/skirting could get damaged. Just being overly cautious I guess. The arms themselves do look pretty stout and well-made. Time will tell though.

Not a bad place to store the spa top. It could be a little more sturdy,

Great product!
This works great. Follow the instructions exactly and go slow when installing. Cover rolls on and off easily! Highly recommend! I like the three rollers over versions with two simple to distribute the weight of the cover better.

Excellent and simple.
I worried that this would be of low quality and wouldn’t support my hot tub cover. I was wrong. I have a 6 person tub with an 80” cover. I attached three 2x4 studs on the side of the tub, mounted the rollers to that and have enjoyed it ever since. Easy install, easy to use, and very easy to fold out of the way.
