Easy to program and perfect size for my 2 cats.I was tired of them waking me up in the morning to eat so I programmed it for a half hour before I wake up. Now I get to sleep, and when I wake up, they are napping.

Feeder stopped working after about 6 weeks. Contacted seller because of warranty. They suggested I try batteries to see if it was the cord or the machine. Tried batteries still didn’t work. Contacted seller again. Never got a response. Too expensive to only work for a month. Bad product. Bad seller.

I bought this as a gift and am told that it works great.

Pro: Decent machine for the price. It was quick and easy to set up/program. You don't need to spend half an hour digging in the manual to figure it out. Just unlock the screen by holding the lock button a few seconds, the tap in your settings with the other buttons, which are fairly self explanatory. The reserve tank can hold a decent amount of kibble. Con: One being every so often some kibble will get stuck on its way to the bowl, along the chute. Mainly this happens with the small portions. This isnt really a problem if you are going away for a weekend however as most does make it to the bowl as the stuck pieces get knocked loose with the next cycle anyway. It hasnt fully jammed on me, just a few times been backed up a tiny bit till the next feeding.One other con is the way the plastic pieces for the two bowls connect to the base, as it just isnt secure. It's meant to snap into the base of the machine, but (at least with mine possible just a bad mold production, as it 'looks' like it should snap more firmly and evenly, but it just wont!) So it is kinda loose. If I pick up the machine the bowls are not secure enough and they will fall off. When its on the ground the weight of the machine itself does at least hold them into their slots so its not an issue. Just an annoyance when it comes cleaning time.I had got a feeder unit just for one small meal while I sleep via a vets recommendation, and not for going away or anything of that sort. My male cat has the habit of gorging in the morning if he didn't have access to food through the entire night and every so often I wouldn't notice the main food bowl was empty or had been all scarfed up by his little sister. He would then eat until he got sick the following morning when he was fed his full breakfast meal.. This little feeder has solved that issue as I just set it to feed one portion shortly after I go to bed, and its been working perfectly as he hasn't gorged once since setting it up and it's nice to not have to deal with the kibble manually as often.

I bought this for my two very gluttonous cats. When I bought this, I thought it was going to be able to feed only three times a day. But no, I am able to feed my cats six separate times a day and make sure that they only get the amount of food I want them to eat each time. It has also made my cats so much happier with their food intake, and I am being less bothered for food because they are able to be fed six separate times a day as much as I would’ve usually given them without an automatic feeder. My minus is that one time one of my cats decided to pull the metal dish out But it’s not anything I wasn’t able to fix and correct.

I bought this 9 months ago and have been having issues with it since day 1.First, the trays don't attach so when you move it or but it they fall right off.Second, the food doesn't disperse into the trays and get stuck up the slide part. I have it on 10 so there is plenty of food coming out. In order for my cats to eat from it they have to twist their heads and reach up the slide. Often the food comes down the side and comes sideways onto the floor. I have tried lifting it up, messing with the amount of food that comes out and securing the trays over these last few months, I paid upwards of $50 so I really wanted to find a way to make this work. I have given up and I am now looking for another feeder with 2 trays and staying away from this brand.

Timer and dispenser only worked half the time

The timer and all works great. I like the 2 bowl option so both my cats can eat at the same time. The only problem is when the food comes out it tends to shoot out too fast and jumps out onto the floor between and in front of the feeder.
