Great product

This supplement is a really small pill thats really easy to take. It doesn’t give me any acid reflux or nausea. I really appreciate that this supplement is a once a day supplement with a serving size of only 1 pill. I also appreciate that this supplement is a two month supply so I can really get a stronger feel for this supplement. Since I started taking this supplement the biggest thing I noticed is that I have more energy all thoroughly the day to do my day to day routines. I haven’t been hitting that mid morning wall since i started this supplement. I also noticed that I have a little bit more mental clarity too. Some times I can have over wheeling brain fog and i can’t say exactly how this supplement has been helping with that but, i can say it’s helping in some way. I can think a little more clearly with less scattered none stop thoughts.(For full disclosure I do also take other supplement that include a B complex supplement, hair skin and nails supplement, a cinnamon supplement and a brain support supplement to help with mental acuity and brain fog. My current brain fog supplement I have been taking for almost a month now and when paired with this supplement I have noticed a bigger difference.) My point being is this supplement in some way wether it be in addition to my current brain support or by it self has helped with my mental clarity and focus. That being said I’m very happy with this supplement and would highly recommend it! It’s very helpful for me to have that extra energy with out the extra sugar or caffeine. In addition to the noticeable improvements with my mental clarity.

An interesting product from H2 Universe. I suppose with that name, you'd expect them to produce something with hydrogen in it and sure enough this is it. A capsule to be taken by the immune system. It does have turmeric which I am taking as a powerful antioxidant. The ingredient list says each capsule contains magnesium carbonate and magnesium chloride...and turmeric. That is it. In that case, this seems to be safe, so long as you don't overdo the magnesium. These pills provide 38 mg, or 9 percent of the recommended value of magnesium - a relatively low value it seems, so this would be considered a supplement in the truest sense of the word. I am already taking a heftier dose of magnesium and zinc in another supplement, as well as turmeric in another capsule, so the hydrogen must be in those ingredients in some way or form. Still, if I were to take this one I would reduce my daily doses of mg and turmeric, but would only have to take one pill daily - there are 60 capsules in this jar.One nit is that the manufacture date is 04/21, so it apparently has been shelf bound for a couple of years.

I drink green tea every morning, but when I saw these, I thought this might be another great way to get the benefits of the green tea with the added benefits of the nano H2. So far I have not noticed any adverse reactions and it looks like quality ingredients. I will update this if I notice anything worth reporting.

The capsules are very easy to take; I take them with my other supplements each morning. I can't claim to understand the chemistry supposedly at work in these capsules, but I can say that taking them does give me a small boost of energy. I haven't noticed any other major effects thus far, nor have I experienced any bad effects, so I'll keep taking them. One can never have enough anti-inflammatory benefits!

I've had a lot of health problems over the years, and I've gradually been doing better. There's always room for improvement though, so currently I'm intermittent fasting. I like it, but my energy hasn't improved the way I was hoping it would. I have been doing some reading on the effects of molecular hydrogen, and I'm always a little skeptical, but so far, these really do seem to have boosted my energy! There are so many other potential health benefits too, so I'm cautiously optimistic that I may have found a new tool for my wellness toolbox.

Hydrogen based supplements are said to process faster by the stomach and are easier for the body to absorb for less waste and faster gains. After two weeks, I did feel a bit more energetic in the morning but that could also be the 100mg of extra caffeine included. I noticed no difference in the absorption of this supplement, nor did I have any other noticeable effect on my daily health. My normal multi-vitamin comes with a green tea extra, and the small duo of magnesium is the same I get from that as well. I would say that if this works well for you, and you don't mind the high elevated price, keep taking it for the added nutrients.
