Very good for getting kids or toddlers to sleep without waking up with the exhaustion of melatonin aftermath because the melatonin is minimal in this product and is partially herbal.

I bought these for my 4 year old to try. I give her one 30-40 mins before bedtime and it helps get her calmed down for our night routine. I love that it also has elderberry in it and she says they taste yummy, so that's definitely a plus 🙂

At first our kids reported that they tasted a little funny, but it never fails they ask for them every night. I think these give them the calmness needed to fall asleep vs playing in their rooms.
