If you take measurements first, you won't be disppointed.
I purchased this set of 8 straps because I had intentionally purchased several pair of pants that were too long. A while back I had purchased a set of boots with a heel taller than I was used to. Well, the pants were a bit longer than expected and I am not about to return something because I didn't do enough research. I like the blousing bands that you can get for military pants and boots, but they are overly tight and tend to impact circulation, so I wanted something wider to spread the tension around. I first bought the 12" straps. They held like no tomorrow, but I had the same issue with those that I had with the bands. They were painful to wear.I cannot detract anything from the rating because I didn't take proper measurements. I am keeping them. A couple of days later, I ordered the 14" straps. I have to tell you, the extra length in these made a vast difference in comfort. Not to mention, I do a lot a walking around the yard and have acres of tumbleweed other thorny plants that just loves to latch onto my socks. The longer bands keep my pant legs secure at my ankles and the pant leg doesn't ride up my leg when I get on or off the tractor. Nor do they ride up when I have to get down on my knees to check the turnips and radishes in the garden. Plus no more spiders, lizards, or snakes trying to make their way up the pant legs, I have encountered a lot of those out here.. There are plenty of uses for both sets, and they do everything I was wanting them for and I have zero complaints about them. Well, almost none. When that flap is folded over, it will a lot of effort to remove them, but then, isn't that the purpose? To not accidentally come off? Very nice purchase, and I foresee not having to buy more. If I do, I know which ones I will be getting.

Perfect for a scuba dive knife
In searching for a scuba knife strap to use on my arm, I came across these cinch straps. The price is perfect, the sizes will work on anyone’s arm with so many lengths. I purchased the 12 inch and 14 inch. There are 8 and 6 in the boxes respectively, not that I need that many but still less expensive than an actual dive knife strap for the forearm and I have extras if a buddy wants to try them. This will work on my leg as well and better than the rubber knife straps the dive knives come with where the straps end up flopping and are uncomfortable. Love that they are elastic. They even have. On slip grip on the inside so there’s little chance this will slide around or slip like other dive knife straps.

Works on larger subjects only but they do make a shorter one for things like extension cords
Updated and changed from 2 starts to 4 for great customer service. They sent me some of their shorter straps which do nicely on low volume things like a coil of extension cord or high pressure hose. The loop is on the tongue of the strap. So, to work properly you need to be wrapping something with some mass, like a hose. If you are wrapping something smaller, like a coil of extension cord you can't wrap snuggly. This makes the product useful for a limited set of uses

Perfect for Securing Straps on My Car Hauler!
These Trilancer cinch straps worked great for keeping the tails of my tie-down straps neat and secure on my car hauler. The anti-slip strips really help keep everything in place, even on bumpy roads. They’re strong, easy to use, and super versatile, great for cords, hoses, or general gear organization. The 18" length is a bit long for my 2" x 15' straps while in use, so I probably should’ve gone with a shorter size, but they still did the job well. Solid quality and a great value for the pack size!

Great Product!!
I know a lot of people used these straps for binding a lot of things and I’m sure it works great for that. However, I bought these because I have really bad tennis elbow and putting ice on the top and bottom of my elbow was pretty annoying. I bought these straps to put under my elbow and over both ice bags and it provides perfect compression and keeps both perfectly in place!

Good straps and seem quality
I like them because they can stretch pretty far and are wide. Seems like they might last a long time.

Straps
When pulling the strap tight the plastic loop turns & the material bunches up on an angle. Not the best design. I'm a little disappointed.
