This AHCC had ZERO effectiveness in all respects. I tried for 15 days but could NOT even feel the slightest effects in terms of energy , mental clarity or reduction in inflammation!I've had AHCC before from Kinoko and that was 10X superior. This one is not even from primed acetylated alpha glucans derived from Shitake mycellia, but instead claims being derived from fruit bodies which is sham.It is only a low grade mushroom supplement at best with ZERO effectiveness.For me this was total money down the drain !!Since then, I Have moved to Kinoko and Transfer point and added a full spectrum mushroom supplement from Dr Danielle and Zyrotech instead comprising adaptogenic mushrooms and found better relief for allergy, pain, and getting more energy and mental clarity as well within few days !!In a nutshell This was just a rip off !! I was suckered by the reviews and paid the price !!I will NOT recommended it to anyone. I would suggest to stick with Kinoko , add TP beta glucans and complement with full spectrum adaptogenic mushrooms and trace minerals.

Last year I had six sinus infections in ten months. It got to the point where I was going to have to take a higher class of antibiotics. In addition my digestive tract was adversely affected by all the antibiotics I took. I knew I had to try something different. I was glad to find this product that has the combination of all of the medicinal mushrooms I wanted in one capsule. I’ve purchased these mushrooms individually and performed double water/alcohol extractions making tinctures and made teas of them to get their beneficial components. That’s a lot of work and I didn’t always have access to the mushrooms. This product takes the guess work out of it. I have my mom on these for her breast cancer and take them for immune support. I ordered this supplement to go along with the vitamins for added protection in these stressful times. Have only been taking them for about 3 weeks I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in how I feel. I love just knowing I am taking steps to protect myself in any way I can and choosing a good quality supplement is a great place to start. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I've been taking these for about a month, and within the first week I felt better. Stronger, happier, more energetic. I have a chronic immune disease, and this seems to be helping. (It could be a placebo effect, but then I thought, "who cares? If I'm feeling better, that's what matters!) Probably not just a placebo effect though, because the intermittent fevers I normally run appear to be just about gone. I'm becoming a Mushroom fan!

I feel perhaps more alert after taking one, and I haven't been sick in over a year (which was before I started taking these). Mushrooms are known to have positive benefits, while not being a magic bullet against ailments. I find these suppliments to be worth a try, especially if you dont have access to varied types of mushrooms or if you wish to boost your immune system. Finally, I have read that mushrooms can assist in muscle repair when used as a workout suppliment. I've not had muscle pains that last for longer than a day since using these softgels.

I will say first that it is amazingly easy to incorporate this into my regimen. I have not seen earth shattering changes yet, tho I do expect to, but I can honestly say I feel more energetic already. I am very happy with the research behind this product, the quality of the mushrooms, and the excellent customer service of this company. I am very happy with Real Mushrooms!

Not only for immune support. It helps to lose weight. Lost 13 lbs. since I started using this liposomal AHCC. The first week and a half nothing. Then the weight started dropping. For me, this is a very good product.
