I purchased a 2“ x 50‘ rope. First of all, it’s very heavy. A lot heavier than I expected. It’s very well-made, very sturdy with a nylon like protective sleeve over the entire rope. The ends have no-slip grip handles covering the rope. All in all very well-made and I will expect it will outlast me! Now for the usage. Well these are very challenging! But that is exactly what I was looking for. I started by doing 30 seconds on with 30 seconds of rest for 10 rounds. This gives me a 10 minute workout total. sometimes I use this as a standalone work out but other times I’ll combine it with either cardio or strength training for example kettle bells, bicycling, or a run. Let me tell you it’s exhausting. I can feel this In my lats, upper back, shoulders and core. On top of that the cardio is very challenging! Seriously 30 seconds would be about all I could do before I just gave up in a pile of sweat anyways. I feel confident that if you even did just a 10 minute workout with these ropes at full intensity three times a week, you would have to see and feel a real difference. Anyway, I think this is a very valuable piece of equipment, very well-made and worth the money. They are anything but boring and very challenging. Really help you take your workouts to another level.

Recently, I wanted to try battle ropes as a home workout option. I started my research journey with zero information as I chased reviews and top tens etc. for the "perfect" home use ropes. I kept reading good reviews for Power Guidance. Now I'm thinking...Ok, this is just some hefty ropes with the ends caped with plastic right so why should I spend more for anything fancy? As you may have read in reviews for other ropes (that look solid) there seems to be a tendency for some of them to unwrap or fray pretty quickly due to hitting the ground. This sounded like something I wanted to avoid for sure and since these ropes have a durable sleeve to protect the rope, that was even better. Also, the ropes need to be pliable and stay that way so that the rope-wave you generate during the workout is smooth and these are smooth and stayed pliable so far (even leaving outside). Yes, these cost a bit more than some of the competitors but the quality is top notch and I was very happy to see that the good reviews were for a reason as these ropes are very nice quality and work really well! If you're wondering which size/length I would recommend the 50' 1.5 ropes if you are in decent shape and ready for a killer workout. I'm in good shape/very active and 30-60 second rounds on these ropes is hard!

A 50ft battle rope will take some time to get used to for me.I realize that I'm 50 plus and this is serious business. Unless you do regular workout with your arms, it will take some time to break in. So far so good, I must say. The quality seems great. I'm using it outdoor so I will have to see how well it holds up in sunny weather. The sleeve to protect the middle is a bit flimsy and since I've wrapped the rope around a pole I'm worried it might wear out. But that's to see.

After reading other reviews about size, I ordered the thicker 40 . This product is well constructed and the hand grips are really nice! I have a lot of gym equipment (I'm a trainer) and was happy that the description by seller is exactly what was in the package. I also ordered a strap so I could use inside (in my gym) hooked up to the base of my pull-up structure. I even have my 13 year old using it for physical activity and he willingly does it because "it's a lot of fun". This product arrived quickly, packaged nicely and very easy to remove the smaller rope keeping it rolled up. I appreciate the ease of that. Also the business card includes the workouts (i thought I'd get an email), and their customer service is excellent! They instantly and graciously instructed where to find the workout link and also provided it to me. I'd give them ten stars if able to! In my gym, I have concrete and a larger section that is gym mat. So far, the rope has not scuffed or left any marks because of how well the rope is covered. It looks like it cost far more than what I paid for the rope.

Now that the gyms have been closed for over 2 months, it was time to put together my own gym. With the addition of your battling ropes, my home gym is complete! They are exactly what they were on line!! Great ropes with complete coverage for long lasting, and great workouts!! I would recommend these to anyone. The 50 ft length is the best with the 1”1/2 thickness for max calorie burn, and total core workout!! The mount that comes with the ropes is perfect!! Easy to install,with a big loop for complete and easy transition to other disciplines with these ropes!! Thanks

I love these and hate them at the same time. I use a Tabata timer and these things will toast you! The quality is excellent and I’m glad I spent more for these as opposed to the Amazon Basics. One important thing to note is that the length of the rope is exactly that. I bought the 30’ and paced out the distance before ordering. Once I installed them I realized that I was only 15’ away from wall instead of 30’. My son asked me what I wasn’t returning them, and I told him, “these things are such good quality and I’d feel guilty returning because it’s my fault for not understanding the length of rope.” Anyhow, I’ll probably order the longer ones eventually but these are working fine for now. High quality, excellent grips, just superb product!

Ho acquistato questa Battle Rope (38mm, 15 m) di recente per inserirla nella mia routine di allenamento ad alta intensità. Pur essendo la mia prima Battle Rope (e la sola che ho utilizzato finora), e nonostante l'abbia solo da un mese, sento di poterla consigliare vivamente anche ad atleti principianti. È un attrezzo efficacissimo per l'allenamento, e la guaina protettiva che riveste la fune (ulteriormente rinforzata per i punti di ancoraggio) sembra particolarmente resistente.

Great battle ropes and excellent value

Espectacular cuerda, en mi caso compré la más corta y menos pesada. De muy buena calidad los agarres, los acabados y la tela que la cubre hace más duradera la cuerda. En cuanto al gancho que viene es de muy buena calidad suficiente para poner la cuerda de batalla, trx, bandas elásticas...

La battle rope est un excellent moyen pour le travail intense musculaire, cardio, HIT, perte rapide de calories/graisse pouvant solliciter ensemble du corps. Je cherchais une corde très résistante et d'excellente qualité pour mes entrainements quotidiens, je l'ai trouvée avec ce modèle qui a un rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Elle est vraiment très robuste , et de plus bien protégée par son enveloppe de nylon. je l'ai utilisée avec 2 autres personnes par tout temps et sur différents type de terrains en préparation physique intensive, elle est comme neuve. Les poignées sont bien adaptées pour une bonne prise en main , le poids/diamètre sont adéquats pour moi avec la longueur de 15 m (réservée pour des entrainements moyens à très intenses). Vous trouverez sur le net des dizaines d'exercices différents tip top pour le cardio, crossfit, HIT ,l'endurance musculaire etc. (pas d'exercices fournis avec). En conclusion un bon investissement pour s'entrainer (à condition d'avoir de la place)
