The Package is so well-designed and protects the product very well.The appearance of the heater is well designed with smooth edge, thick glass front panel, and well-made control buttons. Everything looks very neat and elegant. The '50' size its a very nice size.When we tried everything, we were excited! The flame is really realistic, we could actually change the flame color to be blue, red or multi-color. Very eye ball catching! The remote controller works very well, the button is very easy to control and the fireplace responded simultaneously . This amazing not only functions as heater, but also decorate your house. The fireplace itself is perfect for heating and has so many different ways to control the temperature. The best part is once you are comfy and cosy, you don't even have to move to shut if off since it includes a remote. This is a wonderful product that I absolutely recommend!This wall fireplace is amazing. I love it.

The media could not be loaded.    This is my first electric fireplace. I bought it for Christmas because I want to try something new.It was way beyond my expectations.50'' is a good size, not too big or small. 1500W is powerful enough to warm the room.The color looks nice and real. I especially like the red and blue combination.The product is well designed with high quality. Front window is made of some very strong material, shouldn't break easily.Overall it's a great product to buy for home, and maybe even business use. So far it's the best thing I've bought for Christmas this year.

Great fireplace. Took minutes to install. Really adds to the room. BUT makes a weird noise. I don’t know how it’s built but it sounds like something slowly spinning and when it gets to a certain part it makes a faint rubbing noise? You only notice it at night when it’s silent. Other than than, heater works better than the old baseboard heater we removed. Colors are great.

My family loves this fireplace. This is really a great transaction with super fast shipping and great packing. The fireplace looks so real, gorgeous and pretty and I can even choose different color. I love the blue and red fire! My baby loves it too. She is so curious about it and keeps crawling to it. I think it is safe for my little one because it is not the real fire and does not require gas or oil. There is no smoke. My house gets warm very quick with the heater on.and it has a remote controller.

This fireplace is great, looks very nice and easy installation... It only has 3 colors so you don't get many options as far as that goes and if you want it flush with your wall then you will not be able to use the heat vents, but it does give a modern look and its a great addition to any wall!

Started making bad grinding noise after 1 week. Had to return. Looks nice but was a bad buy.

Very pretty, but I have only had this hanging for a week, used the heat feature twice... now it’s making a sound and doesn’t put out any heat!!! Very upset!

When I got my new wall mounted fire place the heating coils were bent and when I turned it on there was a spark and a loud pop. The unit still works but temperature fluctuates up and down.
