My workouts consist of strength traiiing then followed by a high intensity cardio of HIIT, spin, and long high altitude hikes on weekends! I will definitely be fueling with this drink before the ascend and the descend of my fourteener next week! The flavor is amazing! I’ve tried blue raz, fruit punch, pineapple and now peach/mango. All flavors are delicious! No aftert taste! My fav is peach/mango! I highly recommend from someone that has tried them all!
