The idea of this pillow is wonderful and the first impressions are great. On one side it has a layer similar to bubble wrap filled with gel. They get cold, really cold. But here’s the issue, being gel and conducting heat better than cotton they also get warm, really warm and stay warm. Once you’ve had your head on this pillow for 10 minutes it’s too hot to use.Whoever invented it never used it for longer than five 5 minutes.If you’re looking for a cold pillow this is a waste of money.
