Works Well! I’m Impressed
Wow, it works! Using this machine was simple & straight forward. I have some marks from sun damage that have been bugging me for years, and I had to get rid of them, so this was such a GREAT BUY!One thing I know from using it: This device would DEFINITELY burn off tattoos, no question.. It'd probably require multiple treatments & healing in-between, but still... $40 is a steal if bought for that purpose!I didn’t use a numbing cream with this, but I didn’t need to. It wasn’t that intense that I couldn’t deal it. Not even close! Definitely not the kind of feeling that makes you give up using it. Tho I will say this… The closer to your eyes you use it, there’s more of a twinge. These are more delicate/sensitive areas, though. My Tips To Add To Original Instructions:1. Wanna test the device? Create a treatment area on an orange. Use a regular marker, NOT a permanent one. A Sharpie-coated orange would be harder to "treat" than skin is.2. Have 1-2 ice packs frozen/ready for use after. Ice is suggested as optional, I say: YOU SHOULD USE IT! Espec if using device on the face. Two packs is smart to switch your warm pack out for other one. Frozen pea/gel ice packs are best, as treated area(s) feel like they got slight sunburned.3. In addition to burn gel, consider using antibiotic cream if treatment area is large, or if treating several areas at 1x.4. Treating your own face? Lighted mirror w/ 10% magnification worked great for me! Hold the device at a slight angle during use for better depth control, or it’s too hard to guide the device.5. Before you begin: Clean & dry your face. Don't just clean your device & your hands!6. Have as light & steady a touch as possible. Get in a comfy position. If your hand cramps, take break(s).7. To ensure thorough treatment use clean lint-free cloth or gauze to gently dab/blot area, removing bits of dead skin as you treat it. (Cotton may stick to skin.)8. DEFINITELY don't start in the delicate under eye area! Treat it last because in my case, there was a tiny bit of swelling in the 2 lil spots I treated there. (Was more like raised, similar to the size of a tiny blister, but did NOT hurt like that!)9. Until healed, clean area(s) w/ gentle soap/cleansing milk, no exfoliating scrubs or anything harsh/abrasive. Don't rub/scrub to remove any scabbing. You'll only prolong the healing process! This I know from a lifetime w/ sensitive skin.10. Accelerate healing w/ light face cream such as Andalou Naturals Perfecting Cream at night, a fave of mine. I also love Andalou Naturals Instant Hydration 1000 Roses Soothing (Single Use) Face Mask — so I used it the next day. My treated areas are happier than they would've been w/o both of these!

Sheeesh, it's a beast.
So if you are looking to painlessly remove blemishes so you can co out of the house that night and show off the blemish free skin, this is not the product for you. This thing has some kick and even at its lowest level is designed to burn away your skin with electricity. So, I started with a tiny mole on my leg and this cut through my skin like a hot knife through butter. I had to dig in deep to get below the tiny more to remove it. I was then left with a tiny hole that has scabbed over and it healing. The mole will be gone but there will be a tiny scar, and it did hurt and the healing process is real. It is not as scary or painful as jabbing myself with a knife, but it is definitely a similar process. Also, the zapping electric noise is startling.

My new favorite device
I have read other reviews, and yes the directions that come with the device are sparse. However, the directions that come in the Amazon description are sufficient. I'm sure you can also see similar device demos on Youtube. Please note that after you turn it on and select your setting, you need to engage the working button every time you go in for the burn. I only needed to set it to level two on my body and level one for my face. I did need some numbing cream for my facial area. For the people wondering if you can use this as a substitute for an expensive plasma pen, I did with the fine needle. Of course you will do this at your own risk, as that is not what this device is sold or advertised for. Why didn't I post photos? Again, that is not what this device is sold for. I am happy with how easily it burned off my small moles, along with the alternative use. This is a genuine review, as I have been a regular Amazon customer for years. I'm going to review my beloved toaster oven after this. I am a regular boring customer who is very satisfied with the value and effectiveness of this gadget. Don't you love all the great DIY beauty stuff you can get these days?!?

Good and convient
It's kind of bulky relatively quick to get used to. I really like the adjustment levels, start low and work your way up. This was always a problem for me, didn't really have the time to set up appointments ,loss money from taking off, having multiple appointments. Convient for home use and affordable as well. Problem solved!

Don’t know if it works….
I don’t know if this works or not! For 1 thing, it won’t hold a charge and even if it would, the instructions are absolutely garbage! Nothing they say makes any sense……may as well have nope even included in the box!I guess I’m going to send it back if I cant find any decent instructions!

The worst directions for use I have ever read.
If these people want to sell in our country they need to learn how to write directions in a way that they can be understood. I have no idea what they said or how to use the product. I guess I will just have to learn by trial and error. I will never buy from this group of people again. Either learn our language or hire someone else to write directions for use. Really!

Absolutely crap!!!
For starters, the instructions are absolutely gibrish. Its like someone badly translated a foreign language to English. Secondly, everytime I touched the device to my skin to treat an area, the whole unit powered down. I got one shock, it shut off, I then had to restart, select my intensity, touch my skin and it shut off again. Not sure if my unit was defective but I sent it back for a refund. Stay away!
