The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this Graphene Times heated silk eye mask to treat Blepharitis and dry eyes. It’s very good quality, soft to touch, and adjustable strap for a customised, comfortable fit. I use it twice a day, 20 minutes each time, once in the morning and at night. My eyes feel refreshed and rejuvenated after each use. I have felt a noticeable difference, and my condition has improved. It’s very quick to heat up and has three heat settings to choose from. I always use it on the highest (red) and find it comfortable even for long periods. It comes with a USB cable that magnetically attaches to the front side of the mask. I like that it has an automatic 1-hour timer should I fall asleep at night with it on.

The mask could be cut slightly better around the nose for a closer and more comfortable fit. The heating pad, which is a metal strip though the centre of the mask doesn't dip in to follow the contours of the eye socket area. So while the heat is there its. not really in the right place.And then at around the 3rd time I used it the switch stopped working and I returned it

I use eye masks quite a lot as I suffer from migraines and on these occasions a mask is essential for blocking light to manage the condition. I’ve only just discovered heated versions, and I’m very glad I have.This head eye mask has one good features. Firstly it’s a good size and shape and is excellent at keeping light out. Secondly it has a long USB power cable that clips onto the mask by magnet. The only previous one I’ve tried had such a short cable it was practically unusable, so this is much better. Thirdly it has a thick adjustable elastic band for securing round your head, no velcro thankfully that gets stuck in your hair. Fourthly it is comfortable to wear. Fifth LMU, it has an in wire switch which is easy to operate and has varying temperatures to choose from.In summary, this is a great quality heated eye mask, that has been thoughtfully designed for easy use. You can of course use it as an eye mask in its own too if heat not required. At £23.99 it’s a tad in the expensive side, but the deign and utility is such that I feel it is worth the investment. Highly recommended.

Stopped working after 3 months, no return available

I quite like this heated eye mask. It was nicely packed in a box. The texture of the eye mask is soft and silky. You can just use as a normal eye mask if you don't want any heat. But it can be heated with the USB cable. It is adjustable. 3 different temperatures with indicator lights. It doesn't contain any battery so you will have to plug in some sort of electronic power. I would say it is still good especially when you are travelling or overuse your eyes. great relaxation

Very nice item, arrived in a lovely retail box which would make a great side gift for somehow who may appreciate! Really easy to use and it’s such a relaxing item! Great if you’re into little nighttime / evening pamper session! This definitely sticks you into zen mode :) gets nice and warm which in tern warms up the rest of your body in my opinion. Super soft and comfy to leave on after turning off the warm too :)

The heating is very bad I have to press it with my hands to touch my eyes

Die Wärmemaske funktioniert tadellos.Man kann zwischen drei verschiedenen Temperaturen wählen, wobei die 3. Stufe schon wirklich unangenehm heiß wird.Die Wärmemaske wird über einen USB-A-Anschluss betrieben, also entweder mit passendem Adapter über die Steckdose oder portabel auch mit einer Powerbank. Die Lösung finde ich sehr gut, da man nicht auf Batterien angewiesen ist.Ein wenig stört mich die Reinigung der Maske. Man kann sie nur mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch abwischen, da die ganze Elektronik natürlich in der Maske steckt. Aber man kann sich auch mit Desinfektionsspray helfen.Zudem hat die Maske leider keine Autoabschaltung, was aus Sicherheitsgründen angebracht wäre und bei diesem Preis eigentlich zu erwarten ist.Wegen der fehlenden Auto-Abschaltung ziehe ich 1 Stern ab und vergebe 4 Sterne.Ich freue mich, wenn Dir meine unabhängige und ehrliche Bewertung geholfen hat.

Eine gute Idee, die wärmende Augenmaske von GRAPHENE TIMES. Denn wenn die Augen überlastet sind, oder ich eine Entspannung benötige, finde ich Wärme auf den Augen sehr gut. Auch wenn ich Augenpads zur Pflege auflege, setze ich danach die Maske auf und geniesse so die Wärme.Ich habe eine Temperatur zw. 35 und 45 Grad zum einstellen. Die Einstellung wird am Kabel vorgenommen.Das Kabel ist magnetisch und wird mit der Augenmaske verbunden, indem es auf den vorgegeben Punk auf dem Produkt aufgelegt wird. Die Maske funktioniert nur, wenn sie mit dem Kabel verbunden ist. Also benötige ich eine Powerbank oder ähnliches wenn ich die Maske verwenden möchte. Das ist schon der erste Negativ-Punkt. Ich bin also immer kabelgebunden.Weiterhin kann ich die Maske nicht waschen. Das geht für mich gar nicht. Sie hat auch keinen Schutzüberzuge den ich abnehmen kann. Sollte das Produkt schmutzig werden, was es auch wird, wenn es Kontakt mit der Haut hat ( die immer eingecremt wird), kann ich sie entsorgen, denn dann setze ich sie nicht mehr auf.Die Maske ist leider durchgefallen bei mir, so gut die Idee auch ist, an der Umsetzung kann man noch arbeiten.

Innenbegriffen ist die Maske, ein Kabel mir USB Anschluss.Über den Anschluss an der Maske bin ich positiv überrascht. Er ist nicht fest mit der Maske verbunden und ist mit einem Magnetanschluss ausgerüstet.Die Maske verfügt über drei Temperatur Stufen, die am Einschalter durch eine LED Lampe signalisiert werden.Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Anleitung die es in Englisch und Chinesisch gibt.

The media could not be loaded.  Der Versand und die Verpackung waren wie immer schnell und alles gut.Die Sachen drin der Box waren simpel, nur das magnetische USB-A-Stromkabel und die Augenmaske.!ABER! Die Gebrauchsanleitung ist nur auf "ENG und JP" zwei Sprachen, also gar kein Deutsch.* Ob diese wärmende Augenmaske wie der Hersteller behauptet "therapeutisch" ist, kann ich leider nicht beweisen.*Die gesamt Verarbeitung ist sauber und das Material ist hochwertig. Die Qualität würde dem Preis gut entsprechen.Meine Nutzung-Erfahrung war ziemlich gut und bin damit zufrieden.Die Augenmaske braucht ganz wenig Strom und die Leistung beträgt !NUR! 5 Watt. Ich schließe das USB-Kabel einfach mit einer Powerbank und das funktioniert einwandfrei und sehr bequem.Sie heizt trotz der geringeren Leistung sehr schnell und kann man je nach Bedarf 3 Temperatur-Stufen(38-40-45°C) wählen. Jede Stufe hat eigene LED-Farbe. (blau-orange-rot)*Auf 45°C ist nach meiner persönlichen Meinung ein bisschen zu hoch, deshalb nutze ich die Max. Stufe nicht.*Die Temperatur der Augenmaske bleibt sehr stabil und angenehm, deshalb trage ich sie gerne nach einem beschäftigten Arbeitstag mit viel Bildschirm/Handy-Gucken, um die Augen zu entspannen.Zudem gibt es noch eine Timer-Funktion: Nach einer Stunde schaltet das Gerät automatisch aus.Das finde ich sehr praktisch, weil man sehr wahrscheinlich während der Augenmaske-Nutzung schon einschläft.Ja.
