GF Cake Mix Brownie Mix 250g

Honestly, these are the best brownies I've made at home - vegan! The mix is brilliant and so easy to work with. My recipe is simple: one cup of organic oat milk, one teaspoon of salt, and chia seeds as my egg replacement (they work perfectly for binding). But I also add a special secret ingredient that truly makes these magical - and trust me, it takes them to another level entirely! The results? Absolutely fabulous every single time. Deep, rich chocolate flavour with that perfect fudgy texture you dream about. Look at that gorgeous crackly top! They come out looking like proper bakery brownies, and the taste is even better. Dense, moist, and intensely chocolatey without being sickly sweet. What makes this mix stand out is how reliable it is. No faff, no complicated steps - just mix your ingredients and bake. The chia seeds create the perfect texture without any eggy taste, and my secret addition makes these genuinely unforgettable. Perfect for when you need a chocolate fix or want to impress guests (trust me, no one will guess they're vegan). Being plant-based is just a bonus because these brownies are genuinely outstanding on their own merit. I keep a box in my cupboard now because once you try these brownies you’ll want to make them again and again. If you’re after proper indulgent vegan brownies that truly deliver on taste and texture this is the one! I’m amazed they’re gluten-free and I think they’re a good value for money.

It’s sooo good! They came up quite small but I think my pan was too big, they tastes amazing and are very easy to make. Price is so good for the quality of the mix, really rich and chocolatey, I’ve ordered more already! They were gone in a day ☺️

Made these for my son's friend at my son's birthday party as he has various allergies. I tried one and wow, they're actually delicious! Easy to follow instructions, and my son's friend liked them too. Great quality, nice texture and free from a lot of allergens. Obviously you'd need to check to make sure it meets your requirements depending on what allergens you need to avoid. Would highly recommend.

Bought a few times now. I put a tin of thick condensed milk in, then leave out the milk, they're dead fudgy after and taste amazing. Beill continue to purchase, I'd love to see it on offer though.

You need about 3 bags to make a decent size brownie. I used the size tin it suggested and the mixture barely covered the bottom of the tin. It only rose a few centimeters, so more like a chocolate biscuit. Also, the mixture was really runny. Pretty pointless, wouldn't buy again.

These are simple to make - just add milk and butter (or plant based equivalents), and they taste good. You can add extras if you want (dark chocolate chips for example). The texture is nice, moist and rich. There isn't that much mix though - if you put it in a 20cmx20cm tin then it barely reaches the corners so the brownies come out really thin. They would be better in a smaller tin (maybe 15cm*15cm) to give deeper brownies.

Great that it’s free from so many allergens, but it was unbearably sweet! We only ate 1/3 of the pack between 4 with fruit as it was too sweet. Such a shame.
