Genius idea!! My dog got neutered and came home with the cone of shame. He looked miserable and so sad wearing it. Plus, how uncomfortable it must be...I said there is no way my Buster boy is going to suffer through his recovery with that heinous contraption lol! I took to Amazon to first look at the inflatable neck rings. Then I came across this magical bodysuit!!! When I saw it, It looks like a baby onesie for dogs, which, if I had a baby onesie laying around, I would have totally used it because it’s essentially the same thing!! My dog was so much happier when I took the cone off and put this onesie on! I swear I saw him smile :) lol! It’s got Velcro that makes it easy to take on and off, easy to use for when they need a potty break. Just roll it up and Velcro it but I never even needed to Velcro it when rolled up. Buster was able to be comfy and recover quickly from surgery...he wasn’t able to disturb the incision site by licking at the stitches since it covers that entire area. Works like a charm, I’d recommend it for any post surgery your dog may have!

Size down if in doubt.
We bought this for our dog that had surgery. She has a tendency to wreck the house wearing a cone of shame.Thos solved our problem.We washed it ever other day . It held up well. Just size down form the suggested sizes.

Too small
2XL fits a medium. I thought I'd get lucky based on other reviews but this 2xl doesn't come near to fitting even a size large.
