It comes in the exact same sizes as the sushi molds from the local Asian market. If you are putting rice directly into the mold spray it with oil first. Sushi rice is sticky! If this is your first time making sushi add more rice than you think you need. This way the rice compacts to form a tight roll instead of having your ingredients fall out.
