This book is a gem to me. I learned so much about how you can build exceptional relationships in your life. A lot of practical tips, which I will try to adopt in my personal life. I.e. giving someone the feeling to be truly understood and accepted, holding back judgment and giving advice. Being vulnerable, in touch with own emotions and taking risks in sharing something personal is key.Glad that I discovered this book!
