The tool box roller #TBR130S has a removable 19" top tool box that attaches to the large bottom bin to create the perfect tool box roller. The bottom bin can be accessed through the middle transparent door as well as the bottom bin. Inner removable Trays in both the top tool box and bottom bin. Flip top handle and large 6" oversize wheels for easy rolling over any surface. The top tool box can also be stored inside the bottom bin. Double Lock latches for extra security.

Upset with this product
Was damaged when I received it didn't realize the lid was broken after 2 months was unable to return so had to use tape on it I depend on it for work. I travel to different facilities to draw blood and carry all my supplies in it which doesn't weigh alot. It is exactly what I need works great for that but with the hinges being broke for the money I spent I am not happy by any means

Broken when it arrived, returned for a refund. Very thin plastic, doubt it would have lasted.

high hopes, low performance
i had high hopes for this toolbox but after a couple times the hinges on the boxes started warping and then falling apart. it's entirely constructed of plastic. the storage options are good and functional but the quality is not of industrial or trade quality. Im very dissapointed with the performance of this tool box. Pieces start falling off during use. it's quite a hassle, it's basically useless now.
