Most comfortable one
I have several backbraces but this is my favorite. I have to wear one to bed or I wake up with my back out. This is the only one that isn't hot. I wore one out. This is my replacement.

I have used these for years...
I have used this support for many years and have 3 right now. They do eventually lose their stretch, but they last me a long time - a couple years of regular use at least. Frequently, I use them to hold ice packs in my lower back when about once a year I get lower back spasms - ALWAYS ICE MUSCLE! I also keep one in my motorcycle - it can be used for lower back support on long rides AND, thanks to a fellow biker who gave me this tip - for pain between your shoulder blades, you can wear it across your chest for upper back support. I did that once and it got me to where I was going; would have never thought of that. I put them in plastic zip bags to keep them clean and keep one in my vehicle, one in the closet and another in my work bag or motorcycle. I have literally given these away to work colleagues who could barely get through the day. Recently, my buddy was in so much pain, it hurt me to look at him as he could barely walk and get in and out of his desk chair - he has to walk in a plant for miles every day. I ran to my car and got my spare, he was very grateful and able to make it through the day and return the next. He also used it to hold ice packs and that helped. I heard a complaint it "came apart" during aerobics classes. If you can DO aerobics you probably should reevaluate the need for a $20 nylon strap and maybe should work more on your core strength (do some free weight curls to strengthen your mid section) or, if you insist on a belt, look for one designed for heavy workout activities - like weight lifting belts for lifting weights. I only gave it 4 stars for "support" because when I really have to keep my back rigid and get to work, I use a weight lifting belt which is very thick, heavy nylon and provides more support. But I must relieve the pressure frequently during the day - it's that tight. But this one from Ace handles 90% of my issues. Hope this helps someone!

Good quality
It appears to be reasonably well made, with quality stitching etc. However I didn't find it as comfortable to wear as I had hoped it would be and it is a little thicker/bulkier than expected.

Cost effective light duty back brace
This back brace is best suited for light duty use, e.g. light housework, standing or sitting for long periods or walkng, etc. The width is greater than many other back braces providing extended support for the lower back. Except for short stretchable sections on either side that stretch about 1 inch each and the secondary straps the material does not stretch. The top and bottom edges are reinforced which helps prevent curling over when sitting or bending. I use the Large/X-Large which is perfect for my 36 inch waist with the front strap overlapping about 5 inches. If your waist is larger I would recommend the 2X-Large size back brace.

Cheaply made material torn easily
The media could not be loaded. Al principio muy bien pero cuando se lava la primera vez se rompió el material fácilmente…

Won't stay in place
I must wear a back brace, I've had an older ace brace that I love, but needed a new one, this will not stay in place no matter what! Rises up to my stomach lower chest area, very annoying when trying to work! I'm so upset and in pain. Such disappointment
