Amazon was the only place I could find these. Needed for old land line.

I have a rather expensive radar detector and the power cord uses a RJ11 connector. The connector that comes crimped to the power cord is rather flimsy and in a matter of about 4 months of connecting/disconnecting the power cord, the little retainer tab on the connector broke off and the power cord would not stay in the socket on the detector. What to do? A new power cord is expensive - and in a few months would no doubt be in the same condition. Spend the money and buy a crimp tool and a bag of RJ11 connectors? Just for this?! The solution I found was to buy these pigtails along with Straight Telephone Inline Coupler RJ11 6P4C Female to Female. I used a piece of tape to wedge the RJ11 connector with the broken retainer tab into one end of the coupler and this pig tail in the other end and now I am able to plug the power cord into the detector again. And when/if the retainer tab on the pig tail connector breaks I simple remove it an put another pigtail in. Problem Solved - cheap!

These are excellent short cords for 'Landline Phones' to run from an one plugin to a two plugin connector . Great bargain for the price . I would definitely buy these again if I need too .

I’ll be keeping it but, I thought 6 inches was enough from the counter to the outlet, right? Nope. Order bigger than you think you’ll need. There is nothing wrong with the cord so I gave it all its stars. I mean if it’s not going to reach, might as well be 2 inches.
