Great truck and customer service
My wife and I bought the Bezgar1 truck for our son for his 12th Birthday. It came in 06.18.21 and he used It for the first time on 06.19.21. He went through both batteries and had a blast with it. Went to drive it on 06.20.21 and made it through 1 battery pack. When we put the second battery in, it took off on its own so we resynced the truck and controller and he drove it for about 10 or 15 minutes and it died. It would steer but not go forward or in reverse unless you gave it a little push but would barely move after that for a short distance. I emailed Bezgar support that night to activate the warranty card and to tell them what had happened with the truck and also attached a short video for them to see. I had a response in under 30 minutes letting me know that the controller circuit board locator was not on frequency and the motor had failed along with reasons why it failed and pictures of the motor. They told me they would ship one out along with a new controller asap. On 06.21.21 I got a shipping confirmation and an eta of 06.23.21. It ended up coming in 06.22.21 which we were really impressed with how fast it came in and how everything was handled. There was also a follow up email to see if we had received the controller and motor. I put the motor in the truck that night and put a full charge on both batteries so he could drive it the next day. While I had it apart I took the time to look over the drive components. From the motor drive gear to the ring and pinion, all parts are metal and greased to keep the parts lubricated and to help dissipate heat. The axles front and rear are also metal. The steering servo and linkages are plastic along with the upper and lower control arms. The shocks front and rear did come with some oil in them. Today is 06.25.21 and we have gone through the rechargeable batteries several times since the new motor was installed. This truck is fast. I haven't tested it with a gps yet, but I would say 25-30mph on the road. It is slower off road obviously but can still move pretty quick through the dirt and grass that was a little taller than the truck. It can also take a tumble/wreck, which it has a few times now. It comes with 2 batteries, 2 usb charging cables and 1 usb to wall adapter, but you can use your phone charger adapter for the other charging cable. Each battery pack has lasted around 20 minutes with both on and off road driving. They do take a couple hours to charge. The steering response is very good but you will lose your turn radius the faster you go. The acceleration is great and you can also adjust the speed on the controller along with the steering trim if it tends to veer to the left or right when driving a straight line. As far as distance, my son has driven it down to his grandparents house which is about 300 feet from our house and it didn't lose reception which is impressive. It does get a little hard to see though. Overall my son is very happy with his truck and even though the motor died rather quickly and we had a controller issue, Bezgar's customer support really came through and took care of the problem which is why I am giving it a 5 star rating. It's a great truck so far and they have great customer support so I would definitely recommend this product. Last thing ill mention is that when you activate the warranty it comes with a list of components that you can pick 1 from and receive for free. My son picked the batteries and we received those 2 days later after asking for them. You can also get 30% off additional Bezgar products. Again, great truck and customer support. Thank you Bezgar.

Awesome RC Truck, Great Customer Support!!!
This Bezgar truck is awesome! I have had my Bezgar 1 (HM101) for 2 months now. I picked the truck because of the great reviews and that the new model had all metal drivetrain. The truck comes with 2 bodies,(yellow and green), 2 Batteries and chargers, a battery charging bag, owners manual, and some tools and spare fasteners. The controller has adjustments for steering trim and speed. The first thing I did while waiting for the batteries to charge was to email Bezgar support about registering my product. There is a card that comes with the owners manual that has a list of free items if you register within 7 days. I picked the batteries. In a few days I received 2 new batteries and 2 chargers. Way to go Bezgar! The chargers a very slow but they come in handy if I’m away from home and don’t want to be bothered with brining my Lipo charger. I get about 20 to 30 minutes on a charge which is great. My first runs were at low speed just to get used to how to drive it. Soon I had the speed adjustment turned to full. I was blown away at how fast and responsive it is. Its sturdy, I’ve crashed many times and haven’t broken anything except for 1 shock began leaking and was not responsive. I contacted Bezgar Support about the shock and in 8 days I receive 2 shocks and the mountings for front and back! Great customer service. The owners manual that came with the Bezgar 1 is a great resource. In the back is a complete parts list and exploded views of the entire truck. This is the first RC truck I have ever owned. And a perfect vehicle for learning about how RC trucks work. I finished a complete teardown and service of my truck. I am amazed at the engineering that has gone into this vehicle. Very well built. No visible wear of the drive components. Because of the detail of the manuals exploded views I was confident that I would be successful. Now my Bezgar 1 runs as good as when I first took it out of the box.Don’t hesitate to pick up this truck if your looking for a fun no hassle RC toy. You can’t beat the price for the enjoyment you will get out of it!

Really good for the price!
This thing is fast! Really surprised with the speed and power, plus it is more rugged than I thought it would be for just over a hundred bucks. Great deal!

Decent starter for getting into RC
Bought this on a whim. Was looking for RC cars for my grade-school aged son, as he's suddenly interested. We got a few of the cheapy ones from Walmart for he and a buddy. Started looking at bigger options at WM, then looked on Amazon and found this Bezgar truck. Read the reviews, made the purchase. Delivery, packaging, and contents - can not complain. Charged the 18650 batteries to a full charge, they ran as advertised (got 30+ minutes out and then some out of the first charge, as I wasn't dogging it or doing anything crazy). Ran it in my yard and up and down our sidewalk, no issues until the next day, when our neighbor found the loose piece on the sidewalk in front of his house (the piece in my pictures). He asked if I knew what it was and said it didn't belong to him. I didn't realize I had lost a part of the truck until he found it. I figured out how to place it back in place, but it happened again the very next time I drove it a few days later in my back yard. Again, no hot dogging or crazy stunts, just getting used to driving it and how it behaves. So, lost this same part twice, fortunately I recovered it twice. Am hesitant to take it to the local RC track for fear of that same part again (or any other parts for that matter). As far as battery life, the ones which came with the truck are 1500mAh. When I made the purchase on Amazon, I also bought some other higher mAh rated batteries (got some 2400 mAh's and some 3000mAh's). They all worked for about 2-3 minutes of slow driving, but then the truck abruptly stops and powers off. I have searched, but am not able to find anything regarding a current-limiting circuit associated with the motor and circuitry, which I am assuming is the cause of this. I was just trying to avoid having to spend $30 for just two batteries to be able to drive this truck for more than 30 minutes at a time.Fortunately, in the box is an instruction manual and a full part number listing for each and every component on the truck. I have a feeling I will need to use this sooner rather than later. Maybe i should just stock up on extra parts and batteries...Driving the truck is pretty fun (for a first timer). I've had plenty of RC cars, but nothing like this. There is a rotary speed limiting dial on the remote so you can keep a slower top speed if you wanted to hand it off to a kid or someone who hasn't driven one before. I would definitely recommend this truck, as it's price point is great and the bang for the buck most definitely exceeds my expectation. Minus 1 star for losing the same part twice in two consecutive drives.

It's a FWD for now (Updated on 4/3/2020)
4/3/2020 update: I am changing it to 5 stars since the installer contacted me directly and offered me a replacement. I had already ordered and received he part that had fallen out (I never found it) so at least I have a spare now if this one ever falls off again. One more thing I want to mention is that the new box contained spare shocks and some extra screws, body clips (or whatever they are called to keep the chassis on the frame), and a little screw driver. I'm not sure if they included them as extra inside the smaller box that contained the batteries and charger or if they were just missing from my original purchase but in either case, it's nice of them to do so.Now as far as the car goes, yup, I was right. It's pretty damn awesome the speed and power is nice. Wheels give it great traction so you can climb small steps easily. I had no issues going from paved to grass to mulch. I wanted something that was more than a kid's toy but not a new hobby requiring work and maintenance, this fits the bill.previous review:Not sure if I did something wrong or I was supposed to inspect it right out of the box. Noticed that the back wheels weren't spinning literally less than 5 minutes in. After checking it, I noticed that one of the little rods on the left rear tire was missing. I actually managed to find it since I had stuck to just driving it in the middle of my lawn at that point but NO idea where the little cup part is. I looked for probably an hour with no luck so now I'm already buying replacement parts before the battery even drained from the first run. I'm assuming the piece I need is 12604RE3 so I just ordered a pair. I'm not too familiar with these yet but wanted to also make sure I bought something decent since my main objective was to mess around in the backyard. That little issue aside, the car was awesome. To be completely honest it still did very well just on front wheel drive but there was definitely a difference in speed on the lawn, didn't try it on concrete much to compare. Definitely appreciate having the parts list in the book so I know what to order if anything else breaks in the future.
