I bought this to keep my medication refrigerated during a cross country flight. Other than one question from TSA asking if I had a bottle of water (no), there was no issue. It held the amount of my medication the table specified. And after traveling for around 16 hours, the ice pack was still completely frozen. Although the canister isn’t small, it is more compact and works better than using any cooler I had. Call me impressed! I highly recommend it. (I included the water bottle in the photo for size reference only. Not part of the purchase and doesn’t fit inside the canister with the included ice pack).

Used on a recent overseas trip (14 hour flight time), and it was performed well. I would recommend keeping it in an easily accessible area in your hand luggage, it was inspected every time I went through TSA or overseas security. No big deal, they removed it and hand inspected, and I was on my way.

This was big enough to get 6 diabetic injection devices in them. Worked perfectly going through TSA.

Excellent! Held injection pens at refriged temperature during 17 hours from USA to Europe (2 flights and layover). No issues while showing to security. Be aware that the large Nomad holds 5 Tymlos pens, which are bigger than some other medication pens.

My Rx should not go lower than 36 degrees F. The 4AllFamily container starts at 30 degrees for first hour (but does not freeze) my Rx. The temp goes up to approx. 38 degrees F, and will stays consistent for about 12 hours, plus. Goes thru TSA inspection well, as security seems familiar with this thermos. This product is best I have used.

this is the 2nd product that I have purchased from the company. Very satisfied with the quality and the customer service. No issues with TSA on our travels. Both products that we purchased kept our medicine cool during our flight to Argentina. The cooling attachment worked well with the power converter we used when we went to a country with different US power standards.

I haven’t used this yet. It is as described on the website and looks like it will be perfect to fit two Mounjaro pens in for travel this summer.
