Hyland'sLeg Cramps PM Nighttime Cramp Relief Tablets, 50 Count (Pack of 2)

I started getting nighttime leg cramps almost every night. I didn't want to take a medication b/c many times they have side effects. I heard about Hyland's years ago as a homeopathic solution to many ailments. I looked up the product and got it at my local health food store. It has really worked wonders. I also added stretches and electrolytes to my daily routine. These have helped tremendously. They also have an ingredient to help sleep. Great product. I got this at my local vitamin store but it is a bit less expensive on Amazon. I take 3 each night and I have a subscription for every 6 weeks. It's definitely worth it.

These Hyland products are what you need if you suffer from RLS and/or leg cramps. The Restful Legs pills are the only product I have found that will stop the severe symptoms I have. Be sure to follow the directions exactly as recommended. If you also have leg/foot cramps, as I sometimes get along with the RLS, I use the Hylands Leg Cramp product, again taken as recommended. These two products are worth at least 10 STARS each. If you have either or both of these issues you will Bless the day you heard of these Hyland products.

Works for leg cramps

One of the worse things that can happen is to settle down for a good night's sleep and get a really bad leg cramp. Before I started using this product, I would jump out of bed and walk it out. Only to have the cramp to start back up. Now I just have to slip three of the pills under my tongue and wait a few minutes for them to work. If the cramps come back, I just repeat the three pills.
