Solid end of the small one goes in first. In other words both open ends face the same direction.

Perfect replacement for Can Am BRP 715900422

Bought the higher quality blue filter for peace of mind in dusty conditions on our 2019 Can Am Maverick Sport DPS 1000R and it was a perfect fit. These are available without the safety filter but opted for that as well.
