Great suitcases for the price
Great suitcases for the price. My old ones had been torn apart by baggage handlers. Thought I would try hard shell. They work great and I love that they are spinner, too.

Once a random event - twice a pattern
Received the box indicating the nested 3 piece set, but only the 28" was there, the 2 smaller suitcases were missing. Not able to exchange, returned for refund requiring hassle repacking it and getting it to the UPS center. Will now move on to another seller as it now appears to be a hit-and-miss patterns as to whether you receive the set or a single suitcase. Quality pf the 28" appeared OK except for multiple threads extending across all along the zipper in which they could be caught.Do you feel lucky today!!??

Very disappointed that we couldn't even make one trip without the ...
My son took the large case to college and by the time he got off the plane in NY the zipper lining was already separating from the luggage. We couldn't bring the luggage back with us to return due to him needing it for all his clothes. Very disappointed that we couldn't even make one trip without the luggage falling apart. When he returns he will have to duck tape the case so that he doesn't lose any of his clothes during travel.
