I waited a month to write this review so I could give it all honesty. I just ordered my 2nd bottle. The fact that it is iodine free is the reason I tried it. I take 2 in the morning with a meal and I have noticed a definite higher level of energy that lasts for hours. I really love this stuff!! I am co fused a little because the advertising says 9 ingredients and then on another page it says ten with ashwaganda but the bottle does not state ashwaganda. So which is it? But regardless, I will continue taking this for overall thyroid support

I mainly bought this thyroid support because it is Iodine free. I have been taking it for two weeks now and I do feel like it has helped me. I usually wake up two to three times a night but since taking this I sleep all night. I feel like my metabolism has sped up a little and my mood has definitely changed for the better. I am excited to see how I will feel after a full month!

This is a great thyroid support supplement from Paloma (who offer testing and other support, so they know their stuff!) I was having to take multiple supplements to get the same ingredients that Paloma has in this one. While it seems pricey, I think that it probably works out better than having to purchase multiple different bottles to get what is included in this one supplement. So far, it seems to be working well and I will likely re-order next month.
