The company reached out to me and offered me a refund. I asked them to send me fresh hay and they did!! The next box was perfect. Great job making this right!I have bought this hay in the past and it was green and fresh. This batch was dry and brittle. Waste of money...

Bun loves this hay! It's always fresh and when the box is opened, the smell of the hay reminds me of my childhood growing up on our small family farm.

So this was the second time I ordered this hay. The first box was amazing quality! Very little hay dust and a packed box of great quality hay. However this second box is not such great quality. My rabbits don’t want to eat it and it’s 80% dust and bits.

Pig Pig the Guinea Pig gives 5 star, 2 thumbs and lots of squeals over this! Only issue is it's a little dusty.. I've only bought this 2 times, this is my second time around, first box lasted us well over 2 months. This second box was a little moist feeling and the top layer was a little brown and old looking but overall so far my pig loves it!This seems to be better quality than Walmart's Hay and it last WAY longer even though both are the same amount/weight. Walmart brand is always full of moss, (Spanish Moss) and its literally left over junk but was cheaper than Tractor Supply at the time. Now that I found this, I don't plan to go back to Walmart OR Tractor Supply ($25+ for 6lbs!)

I bought this brand because it was going to take my usual brand 2 or more weeks to be shipped. The hay was packaged very well and shipping was fast. The price of the hay for the quality of hay I received is very disappointing. The hay doesn't smell or look fresh. It looks like grey straw and my rabbits are even more dissatisfied with my purchase than I am. They won't eat this stuff. I would not recommend and I will not purchase again. What a waste of money.

Great product! The only hay I use for my Netherland dwarfs

I have Guinea pigs and they love to forage through hay picking out the pieces they like and sleeping on the rest. I previously bought a different brand and they ate most of it and made a nice bed of the leftover. It is always very easy to dispose of the old hay and replace with new hay. Unfortunately, the other brand was out of stock so I bought this. This hay has way too many long pieces of straw that my Guinea pigs don’t eat. Plus, how it is boxed in sheets make it very hard to use without hay flying everywhere. The long straw is really hard to clean up and ends up all over the cage and room. I won’t buy this brand again.
