Lost my mom Sept. 2021, have been looking for a charm to wear her face on it. And found this beauty. Be mindful that the charm is small, but the detail put into it is wonderful. I also purchased the 20 inch chain along with it. I wish they had a longer option. Chain is very thin; I’ll be looking for a thicker and longer to hold her charm. I ordered this and the tracking was incorrect the whole time. The seller said to request a refund if I haven’t received it by a certain date. I request the refund after not receiving the necklace and magically the tracking is saying it’s delivered. They will not refund me or help at all. Be careful ordering from independent sellers on Amazon because they have differs set of rules for sure…apparently. Wish there was a way to put zero stars !***update***I got the necklace and it’s nothing like the picture I sent. Also the size is so small! The ring next to the necklace is as big as a Nickel for reference. The quality of this is just not there. No refunds unless you pay to send it back yourself. It’s giving scam! I wouldn’t buy again. Still leaving it at one star.

The necklace is really pretty but i would say to choose your picture wisely. It is very small so if your going to have people in it, it’s probably neuter if picture has only a few people in it. It is really pretty though

I bought this for Mothers day and put a pic of the Grand kids on it. It came fast, well packaged and my wife thought it was a great gift.

The necklace broke after 1 use and is very cheap. The pendant came fast and it’s small but nice. Sad this happened as I gave it as a gift.
