This popcorn oil is the best! My popcorn tastes just like the movie theater popcorn. It is easy to use, just a spoon full right out of the jar and into the popper. The oil lasts a long time as the jar size is just right. Makes cooking popcorn fun and easy!

This stuff helped me make the best homemade popcorn I've ever had. I used some ratios I read online: 1/2 a cup of kernels mixed with 3/4ths of a teaspoon of Flavacol (ultra-fine popcorn salt) + 3 tablespoons of this coconut oil in a stainless steel pot, popped at medium-high heat. It was immediately delicious and perfectly-salted, though I did add some butter-flavored topping to the final bowl since I love the stuff.But yeah this oil makes a huge difference compared to popping in anything else. I even tried mixing clarified butter with normal coconut oil once, which was good, but this is in a league of its own. It's movie theater popcorn flavor in a jar, it's super spot on, salty with just the faintest hint of sweetness. Extremely flavorful and addictive.I see quite a few reviews complaining about the consistency of this coconut oil, either saying that it's too watery or too solid. Yes, both of those things are true - because it's coconut oil, which solidifies at a pretty low temperature (78 degrees F if I'm not mistaken), and therefore melts easily as well. That's just how coconut oil is, it doesn't represent a problem with this product at all. And even when it solidifies, it's still perfectly usable, you just gave to give it a minute to melt before adding the kernels.So please don't let those reviews deter you from purchasing a fantastic product. This stuff is delicious, and 2lbs for around $12 is the best deal I was able to find online for any popcorn coconut oil (aside from restaurant stores with high shipping costs). I don't think I'll ever be able to enjoy popcorn cooked in any other oil ever again, this stuff is just perfect.

You want to really add to your popcorn? Want to up your popcorn game? Want to have that movie theater taste at home? Then you better believe this is a BIG part of it. It smells great the moment you open it, and as you're cooking your popcorn, the house just starts to smell like a movie theater. You combine this with flavorcol popcorn salt and your run of the mill 'movie theater butter' and boom, you're good to go! I'd say if you were making what could be a considered a large movie popcorn nearly every day, this would last probably a good month or so. But again, thats if you were making this every day. I have highly recommended this to my friends and family if they like to make their own popcorn at home.

I use this to make popcorn at home and it's great! Great flavor that makes it hard to stop eating it.Note, if your house doesn't have central A/C or you keep it warmer in the house this will liquify at around 75-80 degrees! Which is helpful when trying to get some out for making popcorn but it can be more messy this way.The reason I drop a star is because it came with the lid cracked, which thankfully it arrived on a cool day, because as noted it completely liquifies when its warm! If it arrived on a hot day it would have leaked out entirely very likely.

This oil, paired with the right salt has upped my popcorn game. My family brags about it: they say it's better than the movie theater. My friends ask for it when they come over. Just buy it!

I buy the pre portioned packets but I felt like not all the kernels were popping or getting the buttery covering so I ordered this to add to my machine and i absolutely love it. Almost all my kernels are popping and when it dies each one is a nice golden yellow definitely will be ordering again when I’m running low

I absolutely LOVE this popcorn oil. The flavor is fantastic. Of course it's not real butter flavor but it sure is delicious! I use this oil in a hand-crank stovetop popper with bailene salt. Makes me want some right now! Great value, great quantity. Fantastic texture and smell. It is coconut oil

The media could not be loaded. The lid does not fit the jar. This had leaked in box on delivery and I assumed it was an issue with the seal, but I removed the seal, screwed on the lid and went to wipe the jar down and the lid popped right off and spilled the liquid oil ALL OVER my kitchen and myself. The threads in the lid don't match the plastic jar it comes in. NO OIL IS WORTH THE RISK OF THIS MESS!!!
