Excellent Product. Easy to use and apply. Can feel the results immediately. The area covered by the paint is definitely cooler and one can walk barefoot (post the afternoon sun). The unpainted area continues to be hot.

Good coverage, consistency, Not peeling off I applied myself without taking painters help 4 months back. Serves it's purpose well. Value for monet.

I had ordered 4 cans for our roof (approx 1200sft) but one of the can had leaked and formed thick layer so did not want to use it since it may not stick well to the roof. The seller verified the damage and leak and took responsibility and sent a replacement which is a good gesture from customer support point of view. Once the product was applied in 2 coats, going on to terrace when it is sunny needs sun glasses :) I measured about 7C difference after applying the sun reflective coat. We spent good amount of time to clean the surface before applying so expecting it will last long. Need to see how it will.

Writing after 20 days. House top has become cool.Not felt like summer heat v have to wait and c for how many years this will work

Product quality is worth the cost. I used it for both RCC and GI surface of my roof. Very good cooling effect. I recommend all to try Excel Cool coat.

If you live in the top floor this is an absolute must . My house in summers is like an oven After applying this which i did 7 years ago too, this year I clearly see a difference in temperature which helps the room cool down by atleast 3-4 degrees. Good for Air conditioning too. Go for it Genuine product
