I upgraded from a Samsung S7 to the Samsung S10e because of the camera improvements and other features especially the increase in storage capacity. I was originally considering the S10 because of the higher resolution and larger screen but because of the price differance, decided on the less expensive S10e. At first I figured the lower resolution on the S10e compared to the S7 would be noticeable but I don't really notice any differance at all, and since I was used to the smaller screen on the S7 it works just fine. The big improvement is the storage capacity. I ran out of storage on the S7, but the Storage on the S10e is great. The improvement on the camera and the additional feature improvements are gret and I am more than satisfied with my choice of the S10e.

So I had some issues with the camera at first but I dropped it and the camera quit working for a day and the next day it was fine I dropped it a few more times and it's still good! I'm not sure what was wrong with it but it's fine now I was gonna return it and I did not because I really needed it at the time cuz I was starting a new job I kept it and I love this phone it's been working great no issues at all! I needed a GSM/CDMA phone to use both in USA and in Europe. After much searching I decided on this Samsung (second choice was a Motorola). I also decided to buy a recycled/refurbished phone so I do not contribute to the ever increasing piles of dead cell phones littering the planet.I received the phone promptly together with a charging unit. Of course there were no instructions but these were easily found on line. I was able to register it on my Verizon account (with a little help from one of their franchises). At least it works in USA - what happens in Europe remains to be seen but theoretically it has the correct bands to work on 4G there. Condition of the phone was excellent - no visible blemishes and it has been working as expected. It seems to work on WiFI as I can make Skype or Whatsap calls (some people have reported problems with this I believe. I have no complaints and am very happy with the purchase.

The phone works, but the condition is not "excellent" as described. The phone was also $40 cheaper the day after I placed my order.

When they drop it my item , i didnt get any feedback ( call , messages, or any mail) and when i open the item , i realized that phone charger was died. So i cant examine before i use. My first job is getting charge with this phone.
