It would not really dry out, as with any professional oil-based cream makeup, NOT water-based, it would take sometime to dry, but not dry out completely, we highly recommend to use setting transparent powder to make it dry quickly and get longer lasting makeup with no easy transferring after applying. It is easy to apply and blend for creating a desired colors.

This is not paint. This product is oil based cream makeup. Regular soap won't get the oil out. Try cinima secret makeup brush cleanser. Nothing works better. Then after that, use mild soap and water.
