KMC NRG Gel Energy Gel & Refillable 150ml Flask Refreshing Raspbery & Mint, Vegan, Gluten Free (10x70g Serves & 150ml Refillable Flask)

The normal energy sachets are often thrown on the side of the road or trail and even if they're not, surely their is a refillable option from the bigger brands? I bought this set to try and limit the level of plastic I use for runs.The principle is a good one, buy refillable soft bottles and get rid of the throw away one use plastic. The application isn't great though:1. The actual product took some getting used to. I like mint but this is all you get with KMC (makes sense but I was hoping for an expanded product set) so if you're not a big fan, this is not for you.2. I don't find the product that good at replenishing my energy levels. It's good and the equivalent of most other gels but not like a 40g pack from a few competitors.3. It seems like a waste to only put 10 servings into each refill pouch when it can easily carry 30+ servings.4. It is a good product, they are trying to do the right thing and are leading the way in approaching the market this way.5. I would buy this over anything else, even with some of the gripes above but the 'mint only' approach is too much for long runs and I use it with a standard gel, just because of the taste.
