BOSS DA-2 Adaptive Distortion Pedal

I love this pedal. I play a Nashville Telecaster and a PRS Santana SE, and both guitars sound insane through the pedal. My absolute favorite setting is 9:00 on the A-Distortion, 10:00 on Level, 2:00 on Low, and 12:00 on High with my amp cranked clean. Makes my Tele neck pickup sing. I run a Keeley White Sands OD as well, and together with the PRS and a glass slide it's Heaven. I've read reviews from a lot of folks who don't care for the AD-2, but I highly recommend it. I would include sound or video, but I don't have the equipment to record properly.

I recently bought this pedal and used it live for the first night the other night ( for a rock/pop band). Absolutely loved it. I use a VOX amp and have to switch between clean and distortion between songs, so I can't push the amp to natural distortion , so I leave the clean channel and need pedals for my sound. The BOSS DS1 and SD1 didn't work for me,... but the DA2 ... perfect , only used it twice but the sound is great and goes someway to recreate the at Marshall distortion. really pleased with this pedal. easy to use, just the sound I was looking for . Need to play around with it further , but worked so well straight out of the box!

this pedal is great ! love the sounds I get out of it ,I playa Jackson SL2 guitar through a marshall DSL 40 watt combo amp. It is a good pedal.

I love this pedal. It has crazy distortion sustains... You can go from a very subtle bluesy sound to a a very powerful metal sound! The distortion system built in is very easy to use and with a couple of hours of practice you can easily find your best sound.

Really beautiful distortion. I used to have a old DS2, it sounds good, but DA2 is so much better. Of course, the quality of boss pedals is awesome.
