Originally I got side effects of medicine I took which left me very dry so I started using this product. This product does exactly what it says. I have been using this for about 2 months now I started once a day (at night). Then I went every few days. I feel like I am back to normal and no longer need to use this.

This was recommended by my girlfriend's gynecologist & it works great for both of us. It is all natural ingredients; water soluble & unlike other brands & is safe to use. Some of the other brands have ingredients that can cause cancer. It has improved our sex life tremendously, we both get what we need.

This product is great, and it does what it claims. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the applicator needs to be re-engineered to have a tapered tip. And, because the product is gel, the application can be quite messy.Despite this, I will continue to buy as the product works very well!

As we all know... everything is not for everybody, but this stuff definitely works for me! I'm 48 & peri-menopausal. I'm on HRT. The only thing i don't love about it is the applicator, but I do like how it let's me decide (measure) how much i want to use. I don't need much, just alil to create the right environment for my body to be ready to do its thing. My guy LOVES what it does for me! And because we are both enjoying things our bodies respond appropriately. I call it my "fire starter". On that note... it is alil stingy at first but nothing painful & this disapates with continued use. Ive used it right before sex & hours ahead & even at night prior to morning sex and it produces the same outcome! AMAZING everytime! I never feel like i need more than 1 application. I've recommended it to several ladies of a certain age who are struggling with various issues & all are grateful for the tip. I'm going to try the green tube to see if I like it the same or better. You have nothing to loose! TRY THIS & be patient (u'll get the hang of the applicator & the sting from the gel eventually stops).

This product was recommended for my elderly Mom for a prolapsed bladder. This has a ph balanced moisturizing gel with hyaluronic acid. It is water based so it has helped immensely with dryness and the discomfort that can cause for her. It is a little expensive compared to similar products but this came packaged extremely carefully and I felt confident in the product. It offers immediate relief and provides hydration that lasts. I highly recommend this. It does have reusable applicators but her therapist recommended using clean hands to just place a small amount in the appropriate area and that works much better for her.

Two different packages with the safety seal broken on both ends of the box. Didn't feel safe, but opened one of the tubes any way since the tube has it's own safety seal. Tried to put product into the applicator & it was a total disaster. The applicator kept pushing the gel back into the tube. Who could use this like this? That basically compromises the integrity of the product inside the tube. The gel is such it left a mess everywhere. Was afraid to use anyway so I didn't and can't address how effective the product it. So disappointed.

After using it for several days, I noticed that there was something brown and crusty inside the cap that I thought might be dried product. Ewwww. I put a drop of it on a piece of white paper and left it alone all day. I dried into a brown crust that had the texture of cellophane. I decided I wasn't going to put anything that would do that inside my body. I threw the rest away.
