Review: Red Rash - I used this brand new out of the package and my neck broke out with a painful red rash. (see photos) . I called Remington and explained my issue to customer service rep that answered the phone, Kevin. I was shocked by his response. He stated that they have not had any issues with the SP-19 and I should consult my doctor. That is not what I read on customer ratings. He asked me where I purchased it and I told him, desertcart. After I told him desertcart, he stated that he would mail me an SP-19 direct from Remington to see if it is any better. I inquired about my SP-16 that came with the razor and he says that the only difference between the SP-19 and SP-16 was the hair follicle screen and the screw length which secures it. I did ask if he could send me the SP-16 instead and after slight hesitation he said he would. I am not writing this to hurt Remington as it is the best razor that I have ever owned as far as a very close shave. My issue is the response that i received from Kevin.
