The dual sugar and nonfat dry milk component of this semen extender is recommended for all A.I. purposes. Semen may be cooled for extended storage periods for transport. It may also be used the same day on the farm with or without antibiotics. Kit contains the component parts which, when mixed together, provide 150 ml of extender. Bottle includes special anti-leak foil seal. 150 ml dose includes water and dry components pouch.

50% active after 6 days and shipping from one hot state to another.
Worked good. Semen was tested 6 days after pull and extender added. Packed cold, shipped to a different state, vet closed for a long holiday and 6 days later sperm were active at 50%. That is not bad. Unfortunately, female spiked over the holiday and it was too late for her to be inseminated. But at least I was happy that the sperm was still active.

False advertising
I thought I would get 10 little bottles and 10 packets of semen extender so we could mix on a as needed basis. They send you ONE bottle with ONE PACKET of semen extender. Note to manufacture: make this product as shown … we will buy it!!

Only 1 bottle
The product picture that shows multiple bottles, this is incorrect. This is ONE large bottle. I thought I was getting at least 8 smaller bottles. It is good for one shipping breeding or a few days.

You have to be experienced to do dividing
The product shown is NOT what you will be getting, it is one large bottle and one large packet, horse size, so be aware if you are buying for the dog or smaller animal.If you have plastic tubes for storage, you can freeze the excess. but be aware.
