Simple but efficient
This works very nicely. I’ve only used it for spam musubis. But I plan to try different fillings. Pretty solid construction. Make ske to use water so it doesn’t stick.

Thick acrylic, short height, makes great musubi
Perfect length for two spam slices side by side on a full sheet of nori. Not overly tall as to have too much rice to spam ratio. Easy to clean by hand. Could easily accommodate extra fillings for musubi (tamago) or as a beginning guide for maki sushi (fill with rice and veggies, press lightly, roll). Would buy again.
