**Q: how do you pick the lens power?**
A: You don’t it’s a blue light lens. It’s not script

**Q: I have a wide head.  Is there a way to widen them a bit?**
A: The arms are a bit flimsy so I would think they’d stretch to fit your head.

**Q: does it change the actual colors?**
A: no it doesn't change the color. i just blocks the blue light that are harmful to ur eyes.

**Q: Do they block blue light or another hoax!?**
A: they do not, these are a hoax.  The "blue light card" is a hoax.  It IS blocking UV light, which has it's benefits; but it is /not/ blue light filtering.

Don't think they are worth the money just plastic with blue tint.I bought them as stroke effected my eye sight i could have done with out them as they didn't help a lot in my case.
