No. Just wear mitt like a glove to wash your car.

Can i wash the tyres with this?

Hi you could but i would not you may pick up small stores / grit which if not careful would make real mess of the body paint work. i use a separate sponge just for the wheels/tyres :)

I would not. Use microfibre towels. If you have to do a rinseless wash then get some Optimum No Rinse. ONR. It's the best product in the world.

has it a loop for hanging up to dry

No loop. I just drape it over the side of my bucket. Doesn't matter if it does not fully dry out as it is synthetic and will not rot.
