You'd think they're single use, but if you don't use the whole dose, you can carefully put the lid back on them and retain the rest for later. This works perfectly for my hayfever as I have to top up throughout the day. And if you don't need a top up, one can be used multiple times.-There's a good amount in each one actually. There are no additives os preservatives in this product it’s all natural.

Used these for my extreme hay fever but they had zero effect. Easy to use but didn’t provide any relief, comfort or longevity.
