I purchased this potfiller in Dec 2023 but it did not get installed until Feb of 2024. Looks beautiful and worked great until it developed a drip when turned off. Notified Joyce @ WoWow & she had replacement cartridges fedexed within days. Piece of cake to change & problem solved. Nice company to work with.

This faucet has been installed for several months with no problems. This faucet arrived well packed and damage free. It is beautiful and strikes me as being well made and hardy. It is extremely functional and solved a problem for us in a laundry room where we wanted a faucet out of the way for folding laundry but still enjoy the use of a large sink with hot and cold water when required.The challenge is in the installation, especially if it is difficult for you to estimate the finished thickness of the wall (wall board, thinset, tiles etc.) It is ideal to have a precise distance between the waterlines plumbed in the wall so that the seals of the faucet are seated with no leaks and the escutcheons are resting against the finished wall for a snug and clean finish. We got around this issue by inserting extra rubber gaskets thus allowing the faucet to seat with no leaks and flush with the finished wall and we did not end up using the provided escutcheons but rather some thinner ones that were a more convenient to fit.Installations is made more intriguing with the provided plumbing that brings the water from the waterlines to the faucet. They are "offset" / "S" shaped (you can see it in the picture that shows you what is in the box). It is nice that the geometry of these pieces allows you to make sure your water intakes to the faucet link up with the faucet. There is an opportunity to make sure your water lines are the correct width for the faucet OR that your finished position is level - but not both at the same time... bit touchy to be sure.All in all, we are very pleased with the function and look and feel of the finished product and do recommend it. There are not many other hot and cold running pot filler faucets to choose from in the world it seems. The challenging installation was not a deal breaker for us... the extra gaskets and thinner escutcheons were the life savers for us.

Esta de muy buen tamaño, me gusto que viene con repuestos por si llegara a gotear, se ve y funciona perfecto y de buenos materiales.
